Pre-employment physicals, fitness-for-duty evaluations, OSHA medical surveillance, return-to-work clearances, and workplace health consulting for Nashville-area businesses.

⭐ Executive Health Program:
Comprehensive preventive medicine for professionals and executives who want more than a standard annual physical. Flat fee $2,500. Cash-pay, no insurance restrictions.
